Assess and review workplace learning
Overview
This final chapter in our chapter on Developing personal and team effectiveness deals with assessment of learning and performance attainment and review the overall processes deployed. The chapter does not seek to provide all the insights and competencies required to be a qualified workplace assessor. Rather, it covers the principles and practices a manager can usefully deploy to assess learning and performance of individuals within their operational unit.
