Valuing forms of knowledge
Overview
This is the final chapter in the first section of this chapter that has dealt with Knowledge Management. As such this chapter will bridge from the last chapter on how to build an organisation’s Knowledge Capital to examine in more detail how to value knowledge as part of an organisation’s business system. This will set the scene for investigating the deployment of technology to manage information on a wider scale than just for the purposes of knowledge management.
