4.9.4 Management
The management skills an MNE can bring to a host country are likely to result in local people being trained to occupy managerial, financial and technical positions within the MNE. These skills eventually become generally available within the host country. Further, the infusion of management skills may stimulate local suppliers, distributors and even competitors to improve their own management skills.
