6.3 Aspects of non-verbal behaviour
There are numerous forms of non-verbal communication. It is important to understand each type, but equally important to remember that all non-verbal behaviours are interdependent with the verbal message and/or the context in which the communication takes place. The textbook identifies seven main areas. Two others are time and type.
