As recognised throughout this course, success of a team can be found in a number of key individual and organisational outcomes:

Leadership Attitude: A compelling vision and path are detailed and owned by management with an emphasis on problem resolution managed by teams at the point of contact, oriented to improve operations.

Business Approach: A quality or operational policy is systematically installed with clear measures linked to outcomes (allocated to teams) that will satisfy customer needs.

Partnership: Mutual obligations between individuals, teams and the company are clear and formed in a collaborative response to stakeholders and customers.

Cost Effective: Productivity is increasing with waste reduced and market share improving.

Pro-active: Responsiveness to issues and prompt resolution of problems that impact changing customer needs

Customer Focus: Identification of both internal and external customer expectations.

Mutual Obligation : Obligation involves four main aspects in an organisation, individual to team, team to process outcomes, company to team, and everyone to the customers.
