Facilitating team outcomes
Introduction
This chapter is the fifth in chapter 5: Manage people and performance in a transport and logistics business . In it we will elaborate on the requirements for planning and managing team performance. In the chapter we will further elaborate on what is a team and how their formation and structure will affect goal attainment.
