4.3.1 Six Sigma - a panacea?
Not so, according to the experience of some writers. Here are some papers that tell us that the treatment is not good for all conditions. You would probably have identified most of the causes that you will read about in your last activity. In any case, it would be a good idea to keep a list of causes that will emerge from the readings.
