Marcus

Marcus is chairperson of the Working Futures Foundation, part of the company he started in 1992. He has worked with large organisations, governments, and industry bodies in Australia and internationally. He currently is dedicated to unravelling how to build regional and enterprise ICT capabilities to better compete in the Digital Economy. This work is being done at the Australian Maritime College, a specialist Institute at the University of Tasmania, Australia.

Marcus has a focus is on capability development and knowledge capital and how they are captured, transferred and enhanced at an organisational, functional, regional and national level. He is especially interested in the deployment of collaborative methods and information and communication technologies that can enable and sustain how people and businesses attain shared futures.
