Dr Bowles has worked with clients to improve deployment of information and communication technology (ICT) to ensure learning and people systems better underpin the strategic objectives of the business. Our work spans e-business systems; ICT in learning at all stages of the learning process; virtual learning environments; and translating research work with international standards bodies to overcome barriers to optimal access anywhere, on any device, across any network (terrestrial, wireless, satellite, etc.).
